My wife and I had been on the hunt for our first home for a couple months when we found what would make a great 1st home. After contacting 3 companies, Jim was immediately the most responsive and accommodating. (After we had set up a date with him to go to the home I was still getting calls from other companies I reached out to 2 days later). Jim responded to both texts and phone calls any hour of the day/night. The inspection was thorough and extensive, and he walked both me and my wife through the inner-workings of the house and all/any deficiencies that were found. He also listed out recommendations and walked through his experience with other home inspections that had similar setups and/or deficiencies. His pricing was fair and on par or less than other local Home inspection specialists. His report was very detailed and will prove useful in conversations with my attorney this week.  I highly recommend Jim for his attention to detail, responsiveness, and overall friendliness.

What can I say? I'm beyond pleased with Jim's service and professionalism. On the day of the inspection, Jim arrived on time. He performed a standard home inspection, which included interior and exterior evaluations of the property my wife and me were interested in purchasing.
