Jim certainly understands that purchasing a home is one of the most important decisions in your life. Therefore he will perform a thorough and professional inspection which includes all the elements and operating systems throughout the home.  Then he will provide you with a report on all the qualities and deficiencies within the interior and exterior of the home.  Jim's report, which includes digital photographs and text, will give each individual a good understanding of the house that they are purchasing or selling.

In addition to the qualities and deficiencies of the home, Jim's report includes a section on home maintenance specifically designed for each home.  The goal of his maintenance report is to help the home owner:

1) prolong the life of the structure
2) keep the operating systems safe
